At MADExpo Social Home Design

It is not by chance the name chosen by Carlo Matthey, owner of My Exhibition, for the new project conceived in collaboration with Federlegnoarredo and MADEexpo. Social Housing is a topical subject and strong growth; many regions, municipalities, banks, public and private institutions are investing to create millions of new housing in Italy in the near present and future. In this new market segment is expected to be invested 10mld Euros in the next 5 years by private and public Housing institutions (Source: Federlegnoarredo). My Exhibition, operating for over 11 years in the organization of fairs and exhibitions and four years manages the HS DESIGN project , after a careful market research, has identified in social theme a new business opportunity for all companies and designers who design and produce homes and building structures. Further testimony of great excitement around the Social Housing is that both the Madeexpo and the EIRE Real Estate fair , industry trade shows, have a particular focus on this theme. The Social Design exhibition " Living in the Future" will be developping on an area of 1000 mq and will accomodate 4 stands realized by prestigious architecture and design brands. - Luca Scacchetti Studio " Social Housing" project of 200 mq gross built in prefabricated house, surrounded by green area with urban garden. - Marco Piva Studio" Social Housing" project of 200 mq gross built in prefabricated house, surrounded by green area with urban garden. - Pierandrei Associati ‐ My Lane collective fitness center - Ilaria Marelli Studio ‐ nature Lounge e Conference Hall Marco Piva and Luca Scacchetti will be showing the way to follow: to transfer visitors the concept that designs, styles, materials and Italian products may be of reference for attractive low cost Social Housing projects . To complete the exhibition there will be an educational conference on social housing organized in collaboration with specialist publications including A + D + M, which will feature some of the most important designers, institutions and Archistar as well.
